Returns and Refund Policy
At NutriHerbs, we stand by our commitment to provide exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We offer refunds at our sole discretion on unopened and open bottles, up to thirty (30) days after receipt of your purchase. To return and be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at hello@nutriherbs.shop to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We unfortunately don’t accept returns and issue refunds without an RMA clearly labelled on your return. Please ensure you return the product in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of any products sent back to our company. We recommend using our $10.00 printable return shipping label, which includes tracking and insurance for your package. The $10.00 shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit. After we receive your return, we will verify your proof of purchase and verify your return. Thereafter, we will send you an email confirming the status of your refund. Please allow up to fourteen (14) calendar days. Once approved, we will process the refund of your purchase to the original form of payment. Refund times to your credit card or bank account will vary based on your financial institution.
