Shipping options for your order will be displayed prior to checkout. The cost for each shipping option will vary depending on the speed of delivery, shipping destination, and size of your order. Some products, such as product bundles, may be eligible for free shipping if noted on the website at the time of purchase. Orders over $30 will ship for free. You will be prompted to enter a shipping address prior to your purchase and you are encouraged to ensure the correct address is provided to avoid shipping delays with common carriers. All orders are processed the same day until 3pm PST. After 3pm PST, all orders will be processed the next business day (Except for holidays). Shipping times will vary but usually take up to 5 business days depending on the shipping method selected. Title to and the risk of loss or damage of all products passes from us to you at the time we deliver the products to the common carrier for shipment. By purchasing products on this website for shipment, you are asking our company to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. In doing so, we are providing a service to and acting on your behalf. As such, we reserve the right to choose any and all procedures, packaging, and the common carrier for sold products. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to have your order shipped to a PO box or certain addresses or on certain days of the week. Please not that your order may ship in multiple boxes or shipments. In the unfortunate circumstance you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any product, please contact us at hello@nutriherbs.shop to return your item pursuant to the Returns and Refunds section herein.
