Promotional discount codes. from time to time, we may offer promotional discount codes (“promo codes”) applicable towards purchases on specified products sold on our website. these promo codes have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or applicable towards previous purchases. Certain promo codes may not be combined with other limited, promotional offers which may be offered on this website. if available, only one promo code may be redeemed per purchase. Nutriherbs reserves the right to modify or terminate any promo code at its sole discretion.

Subscription plans and reoccurring billing. if applicable, this website may offer subscription plans for certain products sold on the website, which may include an initial period, for which you may be billed an initial one time charge and thereafter, you may be billed reoccurring charges for continuing to receive additional products on a specified billing date, such as each monthly or quarterly, as agreed upon by you. subscription plans and the billing dates for reoccurring charges shall be conspicuously disclosed to you at the time of acceptance, prior to purchase. you will also have the right to detail how regularly you would like to receive products, such as refills. If you purchase a subscription plan for any product, you understand and agree that such service has an initial billing period and reoccurring billing dates thereafter and you accept full responsibility for such payments, including the responsibility to properly cancel said subscription. You will automatically be enrolled in such subscription and it will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period, unless cancelled, as described below. by agreeing to reoccurring payments, you expressly consent and agree that we, through our payment processor, may submit scheduled periodic charges, such as monthly or quarterly, without additional authorization from you, until you provide us with prior written notice of your intent to cancel such subscription.to cancel a subscription plan and reoccurring payments for any products, please contact us at hello@nutriherbs.shop and include a message detailing your intent to cancel within five (5) business days prior to your next billing period. You may cancel at any time and it is free to cancel any future reoccurring charges you have yet to receive.

Shipping Options

Shipping options for your order will be displayed prior to checkout. The cost for each shipping option will vary depending on the speed of delivery, shipping destination, and size of your order. some products, such as product bundles, may be eligible for free shipping if noted on the website at the time of purchase. You will be prompted to enter a shipping address prior to your purchase and you are encouraged to ensure the correct address is provided to avoid shipping delays with common carriers. Title to and the risk of loss or damage of all products passes from us to you at the time we deliver the products to the common carrier for shipment. By purchasing products on this website for shipment, you are asking our company to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. In doing so, we are providing a service to and acting on your behalf. as such, we reserve the right to choose any and all procedures, packaging, and the common carrier for sold products. in certain circumstances, we may not be able to have your order shipped to a po box or certain addresses or on certain days of the week. Returns And Refunds

At Nutriherbs, we stand by our commitment to provide exceptional customer service. if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We offer refunds at our sole discretion on unopened and open bottles, up to thirty (30) days after receipt of your purchase. To return and be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at hello@nutriherbs.shop to request a return merchandise authorization (rma). We unfortunately don’t accept returns and issue refunds without an rma clearly labelled on your return. Please ensure you return the product in its original packaging. you are responsible for the return shipping costs of any products sent back to our company. We recommend using our $10.00 printable return shipping label, which includes tracking and insurance for your package.the $10.00 shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit. After we receive your return, we will verify your proof of purchase and verify your return. Thereafter, we will send you an email confirming the status of your refund. Please allow up to fourteen (14) calendar days. Once approved, we will process the refund of your purchase to the original form of payment. refund times to your credit card or bank account will vary based on your financial institution.
