Why Use NUTRiHERBS Shilajit Resin?
Take a pea sized amount of Shilajit Resin with Saffron by using the spoon provided. Dissolve it into one 8 ounce cup of lukewarm water, milk, coffee or even tea. It can also be taken as is on the tongue, but we recommend mixing it into a warm drink as the taste can be strong.
We recommend taking it after a meal, twice a day at the most. It can be taken in the morning or evening.
We recommend being consistent with the product for 2-3 months, although each individual is different. After 2-3 months some people may lower dosages.
NutriHerbs Shilajit Resin is GMP certified, third party tested, triple refined, and only made from 100% pure Himalayan shilajit sand therefore is safe for consumption.
We do not recommend Shilajit Resin for pregnant/breastfeeding women or children, as there is not enough research on this topic yet.
We recommend all Shilajit users to exercise caution when using Shilajit while on any medications or other supplements, and to consult a physician if needed. As for other drinks, Shilajit is commonly mixed in water, coffee or teas.
