How to Use Them Together
- Mix 1 packet of Glow Builder and 1 level scoop of Marine Collagen Peptides into 8 ounces of liquid such as water, juice, smoothies, or tea. For the best results, drink consistently for 3 months. Drink no more than one time daily.
- Take 1 capsule of L-Glutathione daily.
- Take 2 capsules of Biotin daily, preferably one in the morning and one in the evening, each with a meal.
